Hi there, we have previously stayed at the Neraida bungalows twice and loved it both times, such a shame they are not in any of the brochures. I have heard they are now independent. Don't expect much with the accomodation here, very basic and shabby, bathroom was a no go area, particularly as it was always under 2 foot of water from the shower. Maid is nice and smiles but does little else. Pool area isn't too bad and the water was clean apart from the day someone hosed the pool side area into the pool. Small shop, cafe and bar. Staff are fairly friendly.
Desperately needs updating to keep up with the newer accomodation along the beach. | ||||||||||

| we have stayed at neraida many times and it is one of our most favourite places in the world.Yes,the apartments need updating,but as regards friendliness,beautiful location and genuine charm,you will look a long way for better.If it is true that Kosmar are considering removing Neraida bungalows from their list ,it will be upsetting for many people i have met in Alikanas over the years,who i know come back year after year to this lovely location,right on the beach.I am puzzled because we have had to book 1 year in advance many times to get in the Neraida and several years have been unable to stay there as it is so popular and fully booked.My family much prefer a genuine greek family apartment to the brand new,air conditioned battery hen style apartments with no charachter that can be found elsewhere in the same resort.To all those going there,this year,i am jealous!! It is a place we will always return to. | ||||||||||
